The temperature has been around 70 or above for the past 2 weeks (in Celsius, that’s equivalent to damn nice), cafes are reopening all over the city every day, and throngs of people are out on the streets in the evenings again. Bursts of flowers and bright green leaves everywhere.  Goodbye miserable winter…
