Give $25 to an Armenian for free. Really!

You can give a $25 micro-loan to a small-business person in Armenia FOR FREE through www.KIVA.org … the LinkedIn Cofounder Reid Hoffman just gave Kiva $1 million dollars to allow people to give a one-time $25 micro-loan to anyone they choose on the KIVA micro-loan list. I just did it and chose Aram from Ijevan – he was one of the 95 people on the list from Armenia (his loan was about to expire which is why I chose him).

Please do it now at  http://www.kiva.org/lend#/?&sortBy=expiringSoon&queryString=Armenia,%20  - while there are still 16,000 loans left … and pass this along to your lists/facebook/twitter etc.

    I’ve belonged to Kiva for years loaning out the same $75.00 over and over again. It’s a great program and I encourage everyone to check it out. I concentrate my loans in Armenia and Georgia ( I live in Tbilisi now). There are lots of worthy Armenian small business people who would love your help.
