Bored and Miss Canada
I'm getting bored! I'm ready to head back home (to Armenia) and get back to work. The only thing I don't want to deal with is that nutcase neighbour of mine, the one I've been having water pipe issues with.
Something most Canadian-Armenians should be proud of ... representing Canada in the next Miss Universe is a Canadian-Armenian. Her name is Alice Panikian and you can read more about her here.

It is funny how Bulgarians are taking pride in her since she was born in Bulgeria. The Bulgarians did not even mention that she was Armenian they just said she Bulgerian. Tha makes me sort of upset.
Not sure Alice accepts her Armenian heritage... none of the Canadian press mentioned it, which I assume indicates that Alice doesn't publicize her Armenian background... so let's not jump on this by official making her a Canadian-Armenian.
that makes me upset also
because they didn't even hint at it but at least we know because of her last name
She is 3/4 Bulgarian and 1/4 Armenian. Her father was half Armenian and half Bulgarian, and her mother is full Bulgarian. Let's calm down, shall we?
The rule is that if you have so much as a 1/4 of Armenian Blood, YOU'RE ARMENIAN! Genetically and/or genealogically speaking, the Armenian genes are waaayy more dominant...its a medical fact, what? well it should be!!! ..and btw, shame on you Palikian wherever you are...here I was gonna say how pretty you are.
Truth be told, she wouldn't be who she is without that quarter....so ink@ togh mdadzeh about the vitality in acknowledging it.
She did not change her last name ...that's enough of an acknowledment...And don't believe everything the newspapers say!
