I am absolutely crazy about this album I recently purchased from CD Baby. www.cdbaby.com/cd/mariamm/ . I think I met her in Armenia sometime in 2002, but, can't exactly remember where. She mentioned something about an album she was thinking of doing. Much to my surprise, I was browsing my favorite online music store when I came across her album and purchased it a few weeks back. I let it sit in my "listen" pile and then my wife and I cracked it open and played it on the way to my friend Antovk's wedding last weekend. I won't give away any details, but, it reminds me of the first time I heard Gor in Armenia.
