Back from Egypt, I'm sure Madlene will log all about it, right Madlene? I must say the highlight of the trip was the drive from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo driving through the desert, seeing the Pyramids and the Sphinx. The weather was perfect and we left the 37 degree heat on the last day to return to the cold and rain. What is going on? When I left Yerevan it was so warm, I guess apricots will be scarce again this year. I wait all year to have these damn apricots and the season lasts 2 weeks, ok I'm exaggerating.

As we were driving in Cairo, we spotted the Armenian Church from the bridge. The city is fascinating and I will need to return to Cairo one day and do Petra next time too, I was so close from Sharm El Sheikh. The place was swarming with Russian and Italian tourists. All in all a good break with perfect weather, back to reality again.
