My experience at the hairdressers cracks me up, this is the second time Ive gone to these folks. Theyre great, young, trendy and very clean. After a brief chitchat as to where Id been and where I got my tan (they insisted I had just returned from a beach?), the cutting process starts. The guy starts combing my hair while Im sitting then tells me to stand to cut the bottom of my hair on eye level. He then instructs me to sit again to comb, then stand to cut again. This went on until the hair was cut about 20 minutes. A stool for the hairdresser would have done the trick but no, instead the customer stands and sits throughout the process. Then comes the fan (blow drying) process. I insist that its not necessary to fan my hair, theyre adamant it must be done since (ge mrses) I would catch a cold. What cold? Its 47 degrees outside!!
Anyway life is good, its hot and I love it. Work is busy. Looking forward to meeting Shushig soon. Oh and the walk up the cascade was worth it today, Ararat looked ummm!
