The kitchen tiling has begun today, so that will be the first thing that is 100% complete that you can see (pipes and wiring don't show). The new windows will be in probably tomorrow, then the front door, then the inside doors, while the remaining floors and walls are being tiled and plastered then the parquet floor, then the painting and the balcony tiles... All this in one month I hope. It should be no problem since the wall tile guy is seperate from the floor tile guy and the parquet guy and the plasterer. I have a guesstimate on the total bill, but I am afraid it is too low so I will wait until later and give you a somewhat itemized account in case you are curious. I heard that four American-Armenians have bought four different apartments in the same building and are all remodeling at once. That is so great! I was hoping to be next door neighbors with some of my spiurk friends, but the right houses were not for sale at the right time.
